OHTC Auditions
Opera House Theatre Company is thrilled to welcome performers of all backgrounds to audition for our upcoming productions. Whether you're a seasoned performer or new to the stage, we encourage you to join us and share your talent. At OHTC, we value diversity and creativity and strive to make auditions a positive, supportive experience
Auditions for the 2026 Summer Season will take place on February 6-8, 2026.
Friday, February 6, 2026 - Ages 14 & Under
*only seeking this age range for roles in GYPSY
Saturday, February 7, 2026 - Ages 15 through adult
Sunday, February 8, 2026 - Callbacks
Additional callbacks for select productions may take place during the following week. Stay tuned for updates on social media and our website.
MEAN GIRLS will cast ages 16 through 35 and is part of the OHTC Academy season. Non-local actors will not be considered for this production.
What to Expect
We strive to make the audition process straightforward and welcoming. You will have the chance to showcase your skills and meet our team, who are eager to make the audition experience as friendly as possible. We will provide clear instructions on any required materials, and OHTC staff are here to support you every step of the way. Here’s how it works.

The above list usually occurs on day 1. Day 2 of auditions will be for callbacks, which will include readings (sides provided.) At which time, participants may be asked to read for multiple roles.
After the OHTC staff reaches a consensus, cast is notified via email. Our casting emails are typically sent within 2 weeks of auditions -though timelines may vary.
Please attend in-person auditions if possible, however we do accept video auditions via the link below. Any other questions, please email OHTC casting directly.
