Broadway Now!

8:30am - 3:30pm

Focusing on the most popular shows to hit the Broadway stage over the last several years- campers would hone their skills learning not only singing & dancing but acting and character building as well. Performance numbers would include selections from hit shows like Hamilton, Dear Evan Hansen, Mean Girls, Sponge-bob Squarepants, Shrek, Legally Blonde, The Prom & more.

Campers may start to line up outside no earlier than 15 minutes prior to the start of camp. Parents should wait in their vehicle until their camper is admitted into the building. Visitors are not permitted into the building. A staff member will take each student's temperature before letting campers into the building. A student with a temperature of 100.4° or higher will not be permitted to attend that day. A staff member will check to make sure the health screening questions have been completed for that day.

Students should leave immediately upon dismissal. Students 13+ will be able to sign themselves out and go to their cars. For students 12 and under, the camp staff will provide placards to be placed on the caregiver’s windshield during pickup. These students will be escorted to their vehicle by a camp staff member. Parents should remain in their vehicle.

Campers should wear comfortable, non- constricting clothing and closed-toe shoes. Campers will receive an OHTC T-Shirt at the beginning of the week.

Campers will have a lunch period and snack breaks each day. Please pack a daily lunch, snacks and drink(s) for your child. Campers will have access to a refrigerator but please limit perishables sent with your camper. Please notify us at the time of registration if there are known food allergies, intolerances or health issues of which camp staff should be aware.

Each week will include a COVID friendly performance where campers may have 2 guest audience members in attendance. Campers will also have the option to share the performance digitally with other friends and family so that everyone can enjoy! Performances will be streamed on OHTC’s Facebook page (film/photo release on registration form).
