Take a journey through the decades of timeless music as the international vocal group, LEGACY pays tribute to some of the most iconic legends of all time. From The Beatles to Bruno Mars and The Four Seasons, to Earth Wind & Fire, this show is jam-packed with hits that’ll make you want to sing along and dance in your seat!

Joined by special guest, Alex Hairston, this talented group of singers have been seen performing in lead roles in hit Broadway shows including Hamilton, Beautiful: The Carole King Musical, Motown The Musical, In the Heights, and Hairspray.

Justin Reynolds

Justin Reynolds

Broadway Performer 

From 2008 - 2011 Justin traveled the world teaching over 100,000 people singing & dancing with the performing arts group, The Young Americans.  He then became a lead vocalist on the luxurious cruise line, Silversea, for 3 years. Justin moved to Las Vegas in 2015 where he headlined on the Vegas strip at Planet Hollywood in “Vegas! The Show”.  A dream came true when he had the opportunity to play Smokey Robinson in the Broadway National Tour of “Motown The Musical”. Most recently Justin has been seen in the National Tour of “Pride & Joy The Marvin Gaye Musical” also as Smokey Robinson. Justin has traveled to over 90 countries in his performing career and has started his own Male Vocal group called Legacy.

Alex Hairston

ALEX HAIRSTON

Broadway Performer

Alex Hairston has been busy on Broadway, performing across the country after attending Western Carolina University for musical theatre and dance.  She made her Broadway debut in the hit jukebox musical "Beautiful: The Carole King Musical" as Janelle Woods. Most recently, Hairston was on the first national tour of "Summer: The Donna Summer Musical" as Disco Donna, the character that represents the disco era of music legend Donna Summer. After the tour was cut short due to the pandemic, Hairston transitioned to directing, virtual teaching and creating art for racial justice. Numerous teaching credits include: Musical Theatre Instructor at both the UNC School of the Arts & The Core Academy (NC); Show Director & Dance Instructor at Ovation Academy for the Performing Arts (Chicago) & Dance Masterclass for HUB Performing Arts School (TX).

Deaundre’ Woods

DEAUNDRE’ WOODS

Broadway Performer 

DeAundre’ Woods was born and raised in Schriever, Louisiana where he discovered his love for music in the church. He went on to study classical music at Louisiana State University, earning a Bachelor of Music in Vocal Performance. Before the pandemic struck, Deaundre’ was playing the title role of Alexander Hamilton, in the Broadway national tour of “Hamilton” that also played in San Francisco for 21 weeks at the Orpheum Theater & prior to that, he performed “Hamilton” in Puerto Rico for three weeks with the show’s creator, Lin-Manuel Miranda. Woods is thrilled to return to his roots, continuing the conversation of social and economic justice while freeing others with an urgency. Favorite roles include: Berry Gordy and Smokey Robinson in “Motown: the Musical” National Tour, Tobias Ragg in “Sweeney Todd”, Steven Kodaly in “She Loves Me” and Seaweed in “Hairspray”.

Tracy Byrd

TRACY BYRD

Broadway Performer 

OHTC Alumni, Tracy Byrd recently made an impression as Lionel Ritchie in the Broadway national tour of, “Motown the Musical”.  Other favorite roles include: Don Lockwood in "Singing In the Rain”, Andre in “Ain't Misbehavin", Grady in "The Color Purple”, Ritchie in ”A Chorus Line”,  Seaweed in “Hairspray” and No Moe, in “Five Guys Named Moe”.  Tracy has toured internationally as a lead soloist on luxury cruise lines and with the male vocal group, Legacy.  Tracy has produced many award winning musical theatre productions (Best Musical, Best Director, Best Ensemble, Best Music Direction, Best Lead Actor in a musical) with numerous awards for Best Choreography, most recently for “Ain't Misbehavin’ ” and  “Five Guys Named Moe”.

MATT MANUEL

Broadway Performer 

Matt Manuel is a singer/ actor, and Detroit Michigan Native. He made his Broadway debut as David Ruffin in the Tony nominated Broadway show “Ain’t Too Proud: The Life and Times of the Temptations.” Prior to that, he made his professional Acting Debut as Marvin Gaye in the National tour of “Motown The Musical.” Matt loves music and he sang professionally in the Simone Vitale Orchestra as well as guest entertaining on cruise ships. He is eager to return back to Broadway in the show he made his debut in. Ain’t Too Proud returns on October 16th!
