Carson Hobbs
Director, Choreographer, Broadway Performer; OHTC Director of Education
Carson is a dancer, singer, actor, choreographer, director, and teacher. Professionally, she was in Broadway’s hit show, “WICKED”. While in NYC, she worked closely with Andy Blankenbeuhler (“HAMILTON”, “In The Heights”, “Bandstand”, “Cats”), Josh Bergasse (“SMASH”, “On The Town”), and David Marquez (“Tom Sawyer”). Other tour and regional productions include “A Chorus Line”, “Footloose”, “The Full Monty”, “42nd Street”, “Anything Goes”, “Funny Girl” & “Nights on Broadway”. Additional New York credits include the NYMT, BCEFA benefits (Gershwin, Neil Simon, and Minskoff, Broadway) and Elton John’s “Down the Yellow Brick Road” 35th Anniversary Benefit Concert (assistant choreographer to director Andy Blankenbeuhler). Terry Collins
Broadway Tour Technical Director & Scenic Builder
After earning a degree in technical design for theatre from Albany State University, Terry landed his first Broadway National Tour with “Camelot”. That led to a career spanning five decades, 360 cities, thirteen different countries and 600,000 miles of touring with over 50 Broadway National and International Tours (some of them more than twice). Select credits include: “Can-Can” with Chita Rivera & The Radio City Rockettes, “A Funny Thing Happened on the Way to the Forum” with Nipsey Russell, “Camelot” with Forest Whitaker and “Cinderella” with Eartha Kitt. Terry held top positions in the Scenic Departments of Troika Entertainment and NETworks Presentations, collaborating with Tony Award winning creative teams (William Ivy Long, Theoni V. Aldredge, John Napier, Robin Wagner, James Kronze & Heidi Landesman) to assemble international tours fresh off Broadway that toured extensively across the Pacific Rim in Japan, Korea, Hong Kong, Macau, Taiwan, Malaysia, Singapore & the entire United States. After moving to Wilmington Terry opened Scenic Asylum, where he has housed and prepped more than 21 Broadway tours to send around the globe.
Jason Aycock
Director, Choreographer, Performer
Jason earned a BFA in Musical Theatre from Mars College and is trained in puppetry, stilt walking, juggling, unicycling, trick roping, hat tricks, dancing, tumbling & pantomime. Gravitating to the more eccentric and theatrical elements of performing arts, he has used these skills in Wilmington productions: “Avenue Q”, “Carousel”, “South Pacific”, “Annie”, “My Fair Lady”, “Big Fish” and as Will Rogers in the “Will Rogers Follies”. He eagerly looks forward to pass his love and knowledge of "the weird stuff" on to other thespians and performers.
Kendra Goehring

Juli Harvey
Professional Costume Designer
Juli Harvey has been designing costumes for over 20 years, creating a multitude of showgirl costumes, man-eating Venus flytraps and period pieces. Her outstanding costumes have graced the stages of over 100 different shows in the Wilmington theatre community, gaining her Best Costume nominations every year & winning several times. Not only is she an award winning costume designer, she is a successful motivational speaker. Over the past 12 years, Juli has successfully talked a plethora of adult men into wearing dresses and evening gowns for one of the most hilarious fundraisers in town, OHTC’s annual Womanless Beauty Pageant. Juli earned a master’s degree in nursing leadership and management from Western Governors University and has been a registered ER Nurse with New Hanover Regional Medical Center for over 23 years. When not in the ER or in the theatre, you might find her transforming everyday paints and textiles into costumes, hats and other theatrical designs.

Mike Thompson
Director, Performer
Mike has been involved in over 75 musical productions and featured fundraisers in the community for since 2005. Favorite shows that he has directed: “Young Frankenstein”, “The Addams Family”, “9 to 5” (all nominated for Wilmington Star News Best Musical Awards). His character Shanita, is a hilarious stand-out in OHTC’s annual fundraiser, The Womanless Beauty Pageant.
